Technical Safety

Operational Excellence

Application of the DMAIC continuous improvement (CI) process to rectify an identified deviation within your operations. FlowSRE can provide a tool kit and facilitators to train your teams in the DMAIC process and problem solving and lead your teams in delivery of CI projects. The stages involved in a typical project include:

• Define: Problem definition understood and objectives agreed.
• Measure: Understand the scale of the issue and what information needs to be gathered in the "fact-finding" stage.
• Analyse: Understand the root causes of the deviation/anomaly and reasons for the variances.
• Improve: Identify the actions needed to address the problem and develop the improvement plan.
